Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Dodd's Deals, trading as Dynasty Desk, handles personal data. Dodd's Deals is the data controller for the personal data described here and decides why and how it is processed.

Personal data we collect

• Account data — email address, name or display name, and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in IDs).
• League data — the leagues, teams, rosters and draft picks you import from Sleeper, Yahoo or ESPN, plus your league settings.
• Third-party access tokens — Yahoo OAuth tokens and ESPN league cookies you choose to provide, stored so we can refresh your league.
• Content you submit — messages you send to the Daily GM Report and any support correspondence.
• Purchase records — the fact that you hold a Season Pass, your order and customer identifiers from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and usage/telemetry such as pages viewed and errors.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• Creating and running your account, importing leagues and providing analytics and AI features — performance of our contract with you.
• Taking payment and granting Season Pass access — contract performance.
• Security, abuse and fraud prevention, service monitoring and product improvement — our legitimate interests in running a secure, reliable service.
• Customer support — contract performance and legitimate interests.
• Optional marketing email — your consent, withdrawable at any time.
• Meeting tax, accounting and other legal obligations — legal obligation.

Who we share data with

• Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Limited acts as reseller and Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing and returns. Paddle processes your checkout data under its own privacy notice.
• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, AI model providers that process your league context to generate reports, and error monitoring tooling.
• League platforms — Sleeper, Yahoo and ESPN, when you connect an account and we request your league data.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Retention

Account and league data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after you stop using the Service or ask us to delete it, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Generated GM reports are stored in your own browser and cleared when you start a new conversation. Purchase and tax records are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically 7 years). Third-party access tokens are deleted when you disconnect that provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent. UK/EEA users may also complain to their supervisory authority. Email support@commanddynasty.com and we will respond within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored credentials, row-level access controls on our database and server-side authorisation checks on protected features. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of any breach that affects you.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, to remember your selected league and to store your generated GM report locally. Our payment provider sets cookies needed to complete checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will stop working.
